Home Navigation: How to Cook Chicken Satay Sticks
few drops soy sauce
few drops Tabasco sauce
2 teaspoons white vinegar
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1 clove garlic
280g chicken breast, cut into 1cm cube
Bamboo skewers, soaked in water
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, Tabasco sauce, white vinegar, vegetable oil, brown sugar and garlic.
- Put chicken cubes into the bowl, cover and marinate for at least two hours in the refrigerator.
- Put chicken cubes on skewers and cook very quickly under a hot grill. Serve on the skewers accompanied by a side of rice.
