few drops Tabasco sauce

2 teaspoons white vinegar

2 teaspoons vegetable oil

2 teaspoons brown sugar

1 clove garlic

280g chicken breast, cut into 1cm cube

Bamboo skewers, soaked in water

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, Tabasco sauce, white vinegar, vegetable oil, brown sugar and garlic.
  2. Put chicken cubes into the bowl, cover and marinate for at least two hours in the refrigerator.
  3. Put chicken cubes on skewers and cook very quickly under a hot grill. Serve on the skewers accompanied by a side of rice.
